Trifle Nyum Nyum Trifle

What is Trifle? A traditional English trifle usually uses cubes of  pound cake or swiss roll cake, which may later be soaked in syrup.Fruit juices may be used as substitutes. These cubes are layered with fruit compotes or jams in the bowl.  A form of vanilla custard may also be mixed into the layers — some recipes call for very firm or solidified custard. Nuts or layers of whipped cream may be added for variety. The cook should continue to build up the trifle until the bowl has been filled completely.

As for this recipe I have prepared a very simple trifle for my family!!

Ingredients:
     1 tin of condensed milk
     1 large spoon of sugar
4 large spoon of custard powder
1 cup of water (mix it with custard)
1/2 of swiss roll cake (preferable strawberry)
     1 tin of  mixed fruits.
1 box of NONA jelly cystal (strawberry)
     1 cup of hot water

Method

  •     Heat milk with sugar. Reduce heat.
  •      Mix custard with a bowl of cool water.
  •      Blend it  well with the hot milk   and cook until really thicken. Put aside.
  •      Cut the roll cake and place the cuts into several plastic cups and pour on top of it two or   three scoop of the custard. Decorate it with fruits.
  •      In a pot or saucepan, dissolve jelly with  a bowl of hot water.
  •      Pour three spoon into the custard. Let it cool.
